- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet, add the cut sausage, broccoli, and red onion.
- Roast in the oven for about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Check for doneness, and if needed, roast for an additional 5-10 minutes until fork-tender and browned.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve.
