- Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Add the salmon bites to the bowl and gently toss them to coat. Let marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease the basket with cooking spray. Place salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
