Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into balls with a cube of mozzarella in the center.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Warm marinara sauce and serve over meatballs, optionally with extra Parmesan.
Notes
Great for make-ahead meals and can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
