Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs for Festive Gatherings

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands!® Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Baking sheet Lined with parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine shredded mozzarella with a pinch of salt and pepper, and set aside.
  2. Open the Pillsbury Grands!® Biscuits, flatten each into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella onto the center of each biscuit and fold edges over cheese, pinching tightly to seal.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over each biscuit.
  5. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for maximum ooze and flavor!

Notes

Ensure biscuits are not overfilled to prevent bursting during baking.
