Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine shredded mozzarella with a pinch of salt and pepper, and set aside.
- Open the Pillsbury Grands!® Biscuits, flatten each into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
- Spoon a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella onto the center of each biscuit and fold edges over cheese, pinching tightly to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over each biscuit.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm for maximum ooze and flavor!
Notes
Ensure biscuits are not overfilled to prevent bursting during baking.
