- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Let marinate.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp.
- Add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink, then flip and cook for another minute until fully cooked.
- Return the asparagus to the skillet, mix with the shrimp, and heat through for an additional minute. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
