  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey preferably local
  • 2 Tbsp. sriracha adjust to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss the chicken wings with a splash of olive oil, ensuring they’re well coated.
  3. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, and ground ginger.
  4. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring each piece is coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
