Method
- Start by heating the heavy cream in the fondue pot over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it begins to steam.
- Once the cream is heated, reduce the heat to low and add the chocolate chips. Stir constantly with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Add a splash of vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and whisk until combined.
- Pour the hot chocolate fondue into a serving bowl or keep it in the fondue pot over a low flame. Arrange dippables on a platter.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Gently reheat before serving again.
