- In a medium bowl, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Whisk until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Napa cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, sugar snap peas, green onions, and cilantro. Toss gently.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
- Just before serving, sprinkle crispy chow mein noodles on top.
Notes
Allow the salad to rest for 10-15 minutes before serving for optimal flavor.
