This creamy overnight oats recipe combines rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, and your favorite toppings for a nutritious, quick breakfast ready the next morning.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • Fresh fruit, nuts, or yogurt for topping

Method
 

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  2. Divide the mixture into serving jars or bowls. Secure with lids if using jars. Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to soak up the flavors.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
