Crispy Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes for Holidays

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. paprika (smoked, if preferred)

Method
 

  1. Wash and poke holes in the sweet potatoes to prevent bursting.
  2. Cube the sweet potatoes into uniform pieces and toss in a bowl with olive oil and spices.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. Serve hot, optionally drizzled with balsamic glaze or topped with fresh herbs.

Notes

Ensure sweet potato cubes are of consistent size for even cooking.
