Method
- Gather your ingredients and set up a large mixing bowl and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal and the chocolate-peanut butter mixture, gently folding until coated.
- Transfer to a resealable bag or bowl, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Spread onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to cool completely for about 30 minutes.
