- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the orange, lemon, and lime juice and zest. Add in the olive oil, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper, whisking until well combined.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill over medium-high heat, ensuring the grates are clean for smooth cooking.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and let excess drip off. Place skin-side down on grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
- The salmon is done when it flakes easily and the center has a slight jiggle. An internal temperature of 145°F is ideal.
- Remove from grill, let rest for a couple of minutes, and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
Marination is essential for maximizing flavor. Avoid overcrowding the grill for even cooking.
